Is it simple to set up?

Yes, it only takes 5 minutes…

    • Create you GoCardless account.
    • Connect Xero and GoCardless.
    • Select your bank account.
    • Choose your mandate settings (recommend automatic)
    • Choose your payment collection settings (use automatic)

From the customer’s point of view

Your customer will receive an email from you asking them to set up the Direct Debit mandate.

 

Once the “Set Up Direct Debit” button is clicked, they will be forwarded to the set up page. Again this is a very simple page which takes less than a minute to complete.
