Revised office hours

Due to the announcement by the government yesterday our plans have had to change yet again. We were looking at allowing face to face meetings (Maximum 2 clients at each meeting) from October, these would have been limited to one meeting in the morning and one in the afternoon, but with the recent increases in cases and announcements, we have placed this on hold and, Instead we are all back working from home, and Zoom meeting are once again in operation.

As from Monday 28th September, we will also be changing our phone hours to 10am to 4pm every day. This will enable the team to hold virtual meetings with each other and reply to client emails each day.

Again, from Monday 28th September, Clients are welcome to drop records off, and sign paperwork from the bottom of the stairs, but this has to be by appointment only. Please contact us to arrange this before travelling to the office. Due to the latest Government Legislation, face masks must be worn in all areas of our office by visitors. Please DO NOT enter the office if you have any cold or Flu like symptoms.

Records delivered to the office will spend a week in quarantine.

We thank you for your patience and understanding, and for keeping our team members safe.

Help for businesses

As concerns grow about the Coronavirus, and after careful consideration, we are taking precautionary measures to minimise the risk of infection. This page will be updated with any changes to our practice policy and opening hours.

Meetings suspended from 17 March

From Tuesday 17th March we are suspending all face-to-face meetings until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience, but we hope you understand.

Please note that though meetings are suspended, you will still be able to drop records off for VAT and bookkeeping jobs during normal office hours. If this changes we will let you know.

Contingency measures
In the event of self-isolation for any team members, or a possible future closure we plan to do the following:

Our phone system and online software means that in the event of office closure, we will be able to work from home.

It will be possible to call and email us as usual, although we may take a little longer to reply to emails. Please wait for a response before contacting us again, as this will help the office flow better.

We will arrange for the office to open for a set number of hours on specific days for clients to drop records off. You will receive a text and SMS advising of these times, should this arise.

In the meantime, stay safe and keep an eye on the news.
