Yes, you can download your stock levels to a spreadsheet or set up a daily stock notification by email, ensuring you never run out of anything.
We also receive cash and cheques, can Square handle this?
Yes, you can enter cash and cheques not just card payments.
How long does it take Square to process payments?
Square transfer the funds into your bank account the next day!
Can I manage my team members access?
From the Square dashboard you can control what your team members access with passcodes. Team members can also use Square to clock in and out.
Some deliver items on a “cash on delivery” basis, can Square handle this?
Yes, each team member can download the app on their phones and take payments from customers from anywhere.
We have more than one shop, do I need separate accounts?
No, you can set up locations, team members and even different prices for each location all with the same account.
Can Square give me stats about my business?
Square will give you live reports. You can compare daily sales over time, what items sell best, new customer spending v returning customers, sales % over time and many more stats. You can set this up to be sent to you by email too. It really does give you complete control!
What are the transaction charges?
You pay just 1.75% per card payment with no monthly fees or contracts.
Can I use square for website sales?
Yes, Square Online Store can be used for eCommerce 2.5% per transaction, with no contract or monthly fee. It works with WooCommerce, GoDaddy, Magento, Wix, Zen Cart and more.
Can I integrate square with my accounts package?
Square connects to Xero, Zoho Kashflow and more.
Is Square secure?
Yes, Square are level 1 PCI compliant and uses industry-standard cryptographic protocols and message formats (such as SSL/TLS and PGP) when transferring data.
